We recently purchased a new Lenovo desktop computer with Windows We are attempting to install Windows Live Mail account that we used on our old PC to the new computer. Copying the same general Live information over from the old PC – username, password, pop inbound and outbound specifications.
We continue to get an error message that the username and password are invalid. This is despite the fact that Windows Live Mail is still working when we access the old PC – so we know that info is correct.
I have tried uninstalling Live Mail – reinstalling, disabling Macafee and windows firewalls – still with no luck. Can anyone help try to pinpoint what I should try next or what I may be doing wrong?
